What is Reflection for UNIX?

Reflection for UNIX is a native application for mobile devices that provides access to the command shell and screen-based applications on UNIX/Linux and OpenVMS hosts. It includes the following features:

  • SSH and Telnet connections.
  • VT terminal emulation, including scrollback buffer and configurable colors, terminal ID, character sets, and answerback
  • Easily toggle between multiple connected sessions
  • Convenient on-screen Keybar for function keys and symbols

How can I get Reflection for UNIX?

Download Attachmate Reflection for UNIX from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

What devices are supported?

Reflection for UNIX currently supports:

  • Apple iPad Mini, iPad Air, and iPad 2 models (running iOS 7 or higher). iPod touch is not currently supported.
  • Apple iPhone 5, iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus
  • Android-based tablets, phablets, and phones (running Android OS 4.2 “Jelly Bean” or higher)

Reflection for UNIX connects directly from your mobile device to your UNIX/Linux system.

How do I know which version I’m running?
