You can meter Reflection for IBM 2011 or 2008 and Reflection for UNIX and OpenVMS 2011 or 2008 sessions using Reflection for the Web or Reflection Administrator. This technical note describes how to obtain and configure the Reflection group policy that supports client metering.
Download and unzip the Reflection policy template:
To use this policy, the Reflection policy template must first be added to your Windows Group Policy editor by adding the ReflectionPolicy.adm file to the editor.

In Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, or Vista: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Classic Administrative Templates (ADM) > Reflection Settings > Client Metering.
In Windows Server 2003 or Windows XP: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Reflection Settings > Client Metering.

Note: Metering options configured with Group Policy settings take precedence over installed settings.
In the Metering URL field, enter the URL of your metering server.
Syntax:
http://[host name]:[port number]/[metering server context name]/meter.doFor example:
http://Myserver.com:80/rwebmeter/meter.doNote: If you used the default port, you can omit the colon and port number.
