Symptoms

Error: "No response to line cancel"

IXF file upload fails with error: "No response to line cancel"


Fix

Edit or Add the following information in the IXF.INI file:


  - if LineCancel=On, change the value to LineCancel=Off

  - If the LineCancel=Off  is missing, add it to the ini file.
