How to make the Spell checking work with the desired language in Extra ?

Fix

In Microsoft Office Tools, select the Microsoft Office Language Settings.
Make sure that the desired language is installed and select it as the default one in the drop box titled "Choose the language that defines default behavior in Microsoft Office applications"
