Symptoms

Keyboard not working after Remote Control session lost the focus

Cause

The user Locked the Windows NT Workstation or switched from the remote control session to another application. When he comes back to the remote control session window, the keyboard doesn't respond anymore.

It seems that RemotelyAnywhere consider that the Alt key is in use for some reason.

Fix

Workaround: Tap the ALT key once to get the keyboard responding again.
