Volume Purchase Account Orders—To download software, use link(s) in the e-mail message sent to the order "ship to" contact. If a maintenance plan was also purchased, designated support contacts can also download Upgrades and Service Packs anytime while maintenance remains in force.
Online eStore Purchases—To download software, use the link(s) provided by e-mail. This message is sent to the address you entered during the checkout process.
